Monrovia, CA – Following a two-year hiatus, the Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District is proud to host its annual WaterFest in partnership with the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation.
WaterFest is a community outreach event focused on educating residents of all ages on the drought, water conservation and environmental stewardship.
