MONROVIA, CA – The Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District (Upper Water) Board of Directors has conducted its annual selection of officers and made appointments to several regional agencies. Director Ed Chavez was appointed to a sixth year as Board President.
“I have the distinct honor of continuing to represent the San Gabriel Valley communities as the Upper Water board president,” Board President Ed Chavez said. “Together, with my fellow board members, I will continue to progressively approach water conservation, and make water supply investments today to ensure a healthy and sustainable groundwater basin for years to come.”
