We are deeply saddened by the news of Mayor Bryan Urias’ passing. As a former Board member for the Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District, Director Urias was a trusted community leader who championed for a safe and reliable water supply for the San Gabriel Valley. As a colleague and friend his laughter and friendship will be deeply missed. Our condolences and prayers go out to his family and the Duarte community.
